The market site www.teejstudios.com (hereinafter named the “Site”) is a site of electronic commerce accessible through the internet, open to all users of this medium (hereinafter named “Internet users”). It is edited and operated by the company Teej Studios located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The site allows Teej Studios to offer textile products and accessories for sale with Teej Studios brand or any of their business partners (hereinafter named “products”) to internet users that navigate on the site (hereinafter named “clients”). For the application of the presenters, it is decided that the Client has validated an order will be named “Buyer”.

All orders of a Product offered on the Site imply the Buyer to adhere to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Payment of order

Payment details you provide will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology before they are submitted to us over the internet. Payments made on the Site are made through our payment gateway provider from time to time, including Stripe. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to such payment provider which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorizing payment. Any personal information from anyone we know to be under the age of 18 is not collected or retained by Teej Studios. We will not sell or ship any items ordered through the website directly to anyone we know to be under the age of 18. If a customer is under the age of 18, parental consent should be obtained prior to using our website.

Delivery and returns

Teej Studios will prepare the order within 2-4 business days. Shipments are done through Canada Post and shipping times vary due to location. Domestic orders will provide tracking information. All sales are final.

Storage of your information 

Teej Studios respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information (we don’t store your full credit card number) is secured and encrypted.

Liability and indemnification

Teej Studios is not liable for any damages directly or indirectly, after the delivery by any cause whatsoever caused to the buyer at the buyer’s business, to family buyers, to others or property of third parties. We are not liable for technical or electronic errors on the site. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Teej Studios harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Teej Studios product.
